Base Frame:
Base frame is made of pressed mild steel channel section where main structural element is of 100 mm x 50 mm and cross member is of 'C' channels section size 75 mm x 40 mm
Flooring Systems:
On bottom frame 18 mm thick plywood, bison panel/E board is fixed by means of self taping screws and PVC vinyl flooring is fixed on the panel
Roof:
Self draining type roof is provided using 1.8 swg thick M.S. sheet with adequate roof bows that are adequately cambered for draining of rain water
Interior panelling is done in 9 mm particle board with adequate insulation
Paint:
Epoxy Zinc Phosphate primer & synthetic
Epoxy paint is used for final 2 coats (Corrosion free and fire proof paints)
Main Entry Door:
Doors shall be of external opening type made out of same material as wall panels with door closing units (Construction of doors is of double skin steel construction with 40 mm thick Rock wool insulation)
The peripheral edges of doors are sealed with double gaskets to make it waterproof & leak proof and the interiors are finished with same material matching with that of bunk house interiors
The doors are provided with locking arrangement with separate handles of both sides of door as required with the main door insulated and fitted with Godrej mortise lock and power bolt
Aluminium Windows:
Aluminium sliding type powder coated windows provided that are made of aluminium section, 5 mm thick, tinted glasses are to be fitted to it
Electrical System:
MS Prefabricated Portable Cabin provided with electrical wiring suitable for 250 volt, 50 HZ single phase AC power supply with all electrical wiring well concealed
Suitable copper cables are used for lighting circuits where copper cables used are of 3/19 cable for lighting circuits
ISI mark & concealed PVC conduits insulated copper wire are used for wiring required to be done in PVC conduit with small size distribution board with MCB protection and to separate with main supply
